eGo-T Mega / LR or SR atomizer?

I'm still kind of new to this and have an eGo-T Mega. Can someone tell me the advantage or pros/cons of a low resistance vss. standard resistance atomizer?


I thought I read somewhere (but can't find it now) that the LR produces better vapor in less time than SR but will not last as long.

LR produces a warmer vape, and for my juices more voluminous. Many say that LR is half the life of a SR atty, but I've been using my LR 306 attys for a month at a time before wear/tear shows (drop in vapor delivery to dead). eGos are great to use these on, but drains the battery quicker. I guesstimate 1/3 less battery life depending on your vape rate. My husband can get 2 days from a 650 mah where I kill a 1000 mah within 8hrs. YMMV but these are some live number results to consider. My hubby has only used 2 attys in 4 mos, I am on my 3rd and trade off with a LR 510-T depending how much driving I do (Don't drip and drive, and don't use LR on a "stick" 510) hth!

Many say that the LR gives better flavor and vapor. I've used both and don't see the difference. I have 5 SR Ego-T atties that are still going strong from 2-2011.
