Ego-T proper tank to atomizer alignment question

Hey all, im new to this forum. I swtiched from analogs to e-cigs around 7 months ago and its goign great. I recenttly purchased the Ego-T tank system.

I noticed that when the atomizer crews into the battery the faceplate in the atomizer doesnt line up wiht the openings parralell to the manual button. THe tanks themselves have ltitle indentations that look liek they should line up with the openings in the atomizer face plate. When i line them up the mouthpeice is kind of at a 75 degee angle to the manual button. My Question is shoudl the indents on the tank line up wiht the openings on the face plate or can you just pop the tank on at whatever angel you want so that the moutn peice is flush wiht the manual button.

I've read that some people have had better experience keeping them lined up. I, personally, haven't noticed any difference whatsoever and prefer to keep it lined up with the button.

i actually like the cocked button position. It fits my hand better so i just leave it

This is very simple. Screw your atomizer onto your battery.(Do Not Over-tighten!)
Line your Tank Cartridge up with the battery button and insert it into the atomizer fully.
The indentions you are referring to on the Tank Cartridge are air channels.
The Tank Cartridge will work properly whether or not the air channels on the Tank Cartridge
line up with the holes in the atomizer plate.

One more thing.
I have found that is is best not fill you Tank Cartridges all the way up with e-liquid. Only fill 85-90% for best results. The cartridges need to have some air in them to properly work. As you draw air into the Tank Cartridge, the e-liquid is injected into the atomizer. This is different then the older wick style cartridges and atomizers.
