I've got two T-rex 650MAH batteries (ego clone) from esmokeronline.com, and last Tuesday I ordered a tank atty, and 5 tank carts from liberty flights. I don't think you can go wrong for $22 delivered, well they STILL haven't arrived, and EVERY thread I read about how wonderful the tanks are is driving me crazy! I can't blame them on the time involved in the shipping, I'm one mile from the Atlantic, and they are shipping from California. I am just soooo ready to get it.

For those who don't have a syringe, you can just pop the end cover off and drip 20-25 drops in tank to fill it.

I find it handy for driving, but still doesn't replace all the satisfying elements I get from dripping.

The reason I use a syringe is because someone said that "over time" it may leak due to popping the end cover off and on. I don't know if that's true ... someone can test out that theory ... but it made sense to me. The hole is already there to accommodate the "spike", so you're not changing the integrity of the "system" by using a syringe.

I'd say, if you have a syringe, use that ... if not, then pop the end cap. The little tanks are only a buck .. it's not like you'll go broke! ;-)

I still haven't decided whether I like it or not?? I've been dripping for a few months and using Boge 2.0 cartos on the go for nearly the same time. The one thing I've noticed is the tank seems to have a plastic taste and it's a much "cooler/airy" vape than dripping. I haven't gotten that pure vape or all of the flavor yet.

It's convenient, though. It's been great to be able to look and see how much juice I have left; rather than guessing and flooding my carto. I just can't decide whether it's worth it to buy some more???

That's the only thing that concerns me, i like my Boge low res Carto's, and the tankomizers are not as low res, somewhere between normal attys and LR. I am hoping though they are low enough so I still get enough flavor and such as my Boge Carto's. If they are about as good then the convenience of them will be boss. The worse that could happen is I use them for my long trips, I will have options now. I have my standard eGo kit and will have the T kit so really if I went out and bought a cone I will have 4 rockin PV's two with 1000mAh batts and 2 with 750mAh batts, tanks, LR Carto's, a couple lr attys, a couple USB chargers, a passthrough, all the parts are interchangeable (except of course you can only use a T atty with a T cart) I think I am set for hardware for a little while. The only thing I need to do now is resist the urge to go up to 5-6v.
Does my OCD show? its only been 10 days LMAO.

PS. this doesn't include the T-Rex kit I had to buy for my GF after she tried my eGo

So do like I did, sell your "old" stuff to a new convert :) You can help a newbie out, and recoup some of your monies.

I totally agree about never going back now that I've had this eGo-T experience ... but I bought a LOT of regular attys and some LR attys ... Too many to just say the heck with them ... When I realized that I go through about 2 attys a month, I bought a bunch. Sort of like buying 2 cartons of cigs for peace of mind that you're not going to run out ... same sort of thing ... so I'm going to buy the SmartCarts until I use up all the regular attys ... but believe me, I am using this eGo-T exclusively right now ... no more carts and topping off or dripping for me ever again! The SmartCart has a little window to see how low you're getting before going dry. As for the filler ... I'm going to pull it out and put a PTB in there instead.

and p.s. the PTB is still filler and in my opinion a bigger PITA than just cutting and stuffing fluval

Good idea ... I may do that ... but I still want to try out those new SmartCarts just to "see" ... they hold 1 mL so they should be pretty good ... the filler or the PTB is not "bad" as long as it stays "wet". And since the SmartCarts have a little window, then I can't see somebody as OCD as I am, EVER going "dry" and getting that burnt taste. With regular carts, I'm forever pulling them off to see how low they're getting ... I hate that burnt taste!

Those that notice a plastic type taste - are you using the clear/blue tanks, like the ones from Liberty Flights? I haven't noticed that and haven't had any leaks. I did have a day or two where my first atomizer seemed to lose flavor. I switched back to my 510 atomizers and dripping. Even they didn't taste right, so maybe I was just going through the "I can't taste any juice" phase I had read about (first time that happened to me in two months of vaping). Ayway, I cleaned my tank atty and decided to try a few dry burns on it to get any smoke/residue off before refilling it. I only held it for a few seconds (not more than 5 seconds) twice while blowing on it and it stopped working the third. In my two months of vaping it's my first dead atty. I had two more and both seem to be going strong, so far at least.

I ordered an eGo-T from Cignot on Friday. I just started vaping last Wednesday with a 510. I fell in love with it immediately and have only had three analogs since (just to get rid of them), but I realized that the poor battery life and constant cartridge refilling was going to get old really fast. So after some Googling, I found this forum and some reviews of the eGo-T. Looks to be exactly what I want, so I'm really looking forward to receiving it this week. Hoping it's as good as I've been hearing! I'll post my thoughts after I receive it.
