Met a woman yesterday at VapeFest that sells a lot of type 2 (or B) eGo tanks in her brick and mortar store in FL. She shared that they don't leak. She doesn't sell the other kind (type 1 or A) because of leaking issues. I vaped it and enjoyed the clean taste of the juice with no filler from a carto. I didn't experience any leaking.

Her husband had a carto on his eGo tank battery so I'm sure you can do that.

Heyo, right now I have both of my ego-t's sitting next to me. One of them has the tank on it and the other one has a cartomizer on it.... since I'm using both, I'm absolutely certain they work. :D

I'm having absolutely 0 leakage from the tank and just a drop or two that comes off the cartomizer when I attach it to the battery. I haven't had it long enough to say if it will leak after I've popped the tanks in and out a few (dozen?) times though.

My experience so far (2 weeks w/tank) is A: they are very convenient,no topping off every 5 min. B: I've had no leaking C: plenty of vapor

That being said, they taste different,I've tried the regular & the LR. I'm not a fan of the LR stuff, makes my juice taste scorched, same goes with the tank.
With the regular, it doesn't seem to have as much flavor or TH. You would think just the opposite, but I get more flavor from my Boge cartomizers & 306 attys, all on an eGo battery.
I'm puffing them side by side right now & the tank seems to have a dry taste, where the 306 & the carto deliver more flavor & kinda a moist taste, almost juicy.

The 306 is still my hands down favorite atty for around the house, carto's if I'm out & about. I will keep use the tanks when I'm on the road, but I'm not a convert . . . yet

Can u use the 808 carto's on an ego t with an adapter?

No... the 808 is threaded differently. (Never mind that, I can't read!) You can use the regular ego cartos though... the muted vapor from the tanks is just a tank thing, as far as I know. I'm too new at this to say much of anything for sure.

Have fun.... I hope you like it as much as I do. :D

I got a couple of adaptors from Liberty Flights so I can use my 808 cartos on my Riva and Ego batteries. About @3 each I think. I'm sure other places sell them but I know these work. I use the Ego batteries for sweet stuff because they're a little lower voltage. Love my 808 for my tobaccos all day though. I never had any trouble out of my tanks systems except the low resistance attys didn't last long. The regular ones worked great.

Can u use the 808 carto's on an ego t with an adapter?
