Hello Everyone,

So I've read through the forums another good chunk and have researched a few tank PV's and I think I've nailed it down to the eco T and the Tornado T. I am not sure which one is better or if there are any other better ones that these.

BUT! I am from Canada, so I'm looking for a vendor who either ships cheaply international or is a great Canadian vendor.

I've seen the ego over at NicFitNation.com - Canadian supplier of e-cig kits, parts, accessories, and e-liquids - Buy Personal Vaporizers in Canada E-Cig E-Juice , but the price with taxes and all came to $150.00 which I think is a little too pricey.

Can anyone help me out here? All helps is appreciated!

The eGo-T and Tornado-T are both manufactured by the same company, they are exactly the same. I hope that helps narrow it down to canadian vendors at least.
:facepalm: Well count that as another noob moment for me! :laugh:
I gave these guys a quick look before, and one thing I didn't like about their checkout process is that it doesn't allow for me to upgrade the batts to the 1000mAH ones. Do you know if they are even worth it? (I'm a casual smoker)

the 1000 mAH is hefty--has lasted me as long as 2 days. the 650 goes for 10 hours or so at my usage which is about 2-4 ml /day depending if i am at work. the 650 ego pass through is the best battery product i have encountered. i got mine at volacanocigs (Hawaii--don't know how the shipping to canada would work) the tank is a big step up but still has issues. make sure you get a lot of the empty tanks as they are pretty fragile and the hole gets large and leaks, mouthpiece cracks with even slight strain. e.g. with the 1000 mha batt the tank mouthpiece is too weak to really support holding the thing by the mouth (happens in driving multitasking etc. ) chomp down and the plastic end will pop out.

that said the tank is the best non-drip vape commercially available i have tried

my ego t arrived yesterday after using 510;s for my first 4 weeks as a vaper. Worked really well yesterday, clagged up today, very little vapor coming through despite blowing it out a couple of times today. Put in a glass of boiling water, swished around for 5 mins, blew out and dry burned for 5 secs or so. Working great again after drawing through the juice with a few priming puffs. Was using a dark Malboro liquid. Now using a clear one.

Thanks for your great advice! Seems like I won't be really "needing" the 1000mAH after all as the 650 looks like it'll do the job.

Now I need people to help me with PG vs VG..... I really don't get what the difference between the two is, and don't know what they actually are to begin with. Something related to the juice I'm presuming, but what exactly? And what will I need for my ego T??

Hopefully I won't run into problems with any of my e-cigs right off the bat, because I will just be totally lost on what to do to fix it! For a while at least. I guess I should be looking forward to a lot of trial and error moments.

The trick for me has been continuity of supply. I am 4 weeks in: I own 9 X 510;s (6 man, 3 auto), PCC, 10 battery charger, usb pass thru and about 500mls of various liquids, two different types of cartos and now two ego T's and and an ego passthru. i have spent about $400 to $500 in my first month, but would previously have spent $450 a month on cigs(tobacco tax is obscene in Australia).
Figure i will save money moving forward as liquid and other gear should last me months from here. But have kicked my 30 cig a day habit more easily than i could have ever hoped for. I feel great and am enjoying the playing around with stuff. .As long as something is working/charged at any point in time i am happy.
i have found so far, any problems and the answer is here somewhere.

go with LF. I ordered an ego-t with 1000mah for a good price (two complete sets) on friday (not this fri that just passed but fri prior and got it on wednesday. i live in toronto, so it was pretty quick (i got express shipping tho). i paid 115 USD for ego-t,5 lr atty, 5 carts, and a drip tip. i didnt order any e liquid for fear of being held at customs. i ordered liquid from vapables, but due to a disappointment of not getting my fluid or a response :nah: :mad: to fix this i will never order from them again and i suggest u dont either. i ordered more fluid from china and the us as well as happyvaper as a customs test and am using a friends ry4 lol

If you want something shipped from a US vendor, PM me.
If I have to resort to a vendor outside of Canada, I will be sure to PM you. Thanks for the help!

I just checked out LF and I didn't find any ego-T models. The only ones I found were just the regular Ego models. Maybe I'm blind and didn't see em, but do you have any other suggestions?

lf does have the ego t, they are just out of stock. this is your best bang for buck so wait it out if you must. if not go to cignot dot com (not sure if they ship up here tho) but u will se a difference in price. where in toronto are you? im trying to bulk order a bunch of ego-t for my friend and an fam so i could add one more and just give it to u in person whenever lf gets more in stock

That's pretty hardcore... I'm impressed- holding a 1Kmah fatbat in your mouth...
You must get interesting looks from other drivers....
That woulda snapped my teeth in half! (something beat the e-cigs to it though)

Now I need people to help me with PG vs VG..... I really don't get what the difference between the two is, and don't know what they actually are to begin with. Something related to the juice I'm presuming, but what exactly? And what will I need for my ego T??

PG= Propylene Glycol
VG=Vegetable Glycerine
ejuice comes in either of these as a base or a mixture of the two
PG is reported to give you more of a throat hit and is a thinner consistency while VG is thicker and produces clouds of vapor
I have found with my tank that a mix of 50/50 tends to work for me the best. I believe the manufacturers (don't quote me on this) recommend that you use at least %50 PG ejuice. Keep in mind some folks don't have a problem with some of the 100% VG juices while others do. I have found that if have some 100% VG juice that i need to use up and my tank is not wicking well a couple drops of Distilled water to thin it does the trick. Beware of course the more you use the more you will dilute the flavor and Nicotine level. I believe some folks use Vodka to cut the juice as well.
Also Drink plenty of water. :)

AWESOME advice! I can't thank you enough. I just couldn't understand exactly what they were or anything, but this has pretty much cleared it up! Much appreciated.
