EGO-T tastes plasticy!

Why does the Ego-T taste plasticy??? I tried doing some cleaning methods but it hasn't done much of anything. I came from a 510 and that was pretty pure for me. My buddy that vapes a 510 won't touch my Ego.

I would really like to have the battery power of the Ego XL battery, as I hate being somewhere and having the battery die. Does the regular Ego cartridge tastes like that as well?

To me the EGO-T tank did as well. Tasted nothing but plastic. The regular cartridges are definitely better, but I preferred the cartomizers when dripping wasn't an option...just overall better to me.

the ego t has no plasticy taste that my main pv i always prime the atty by blowing thru it VERY hard then drop 2 drops on the spike then slap on a tank and do a few quick primer puffs(button not held down) the it hits like a champ

I hear ya. Not 5 minutes ago I just tried boge cartos and 306 dripping for the first time. The difference from the tanks is substantial, both in vapor and flavor.

I haven't noticed a plastic taste with the tanks either, but I prime the atty first as well. You can still enjoy the benefit of the ego batt, it has the 510 threads and you can use any 510 cart on it, just slip the ego cone over the cart. I'm using the 900 mah batt right now with a 510 XL E2 carto. There are many options available. I'm also using the 510-T atty and tank on my ego batt. That's a real treat.

well im sorry urs rnt working for ya but as joanr said any 510 will work pick up a 510 atty somedrip tips and some boge cartos 20 bucks maybe and u got a good setup

Thanks, was not aware the threads were the same as a 510. Just took a puff just now... HUGE vapor cloud!

I do like the convenience of the tank system, but just can't seem to replicate the flavor.

I had the same issue with the t-tank. Out of the three I have only one that wasn't that bad. But for me they were to much of a pain......it was ether dry, flooded, leaking or plastic like burning flavor
Some people really like these things though and maybe don't mind having to tinker with it. If you don't mind spending a little bit of money, buy some cartomizers, clearomizers and atomizers in LR / Low Resistance.....they work great with the eGo....
There are products other than the T-Tank that hold 1.8mil of juice. Give them a try to find out what works better for you

510 and ego are the same, one just has a bigger battery. You can always use LR cartos on your ego for a good vape.

Sometimes adjustments are needed with the tank and wick. I can't remember if the plastic taste means that the wick needs to be pulled out or pushed in. Before you fool with the wick, do a board search and double check. Lots of people seem to be able to resolve tank issues with a cleaning and wick adjustment.
