So I've had my eGo-T for over a month, no leaks. I didn't know what the eGo-T naysayers were talking about. Then today I filled a tank with 100% PG juice I got from someone in a trade -- leaked like crazy!

The 50%PG / 50%VG mix I normally use has never leaked once. I guess that's the trick, at least for me.

Figured the knowledge may help someone.

You're right. I've commented on this many times. 100% PG will usually work, but is iffy.

The people complaining about leaks almost never say what their juice composition is ! It's like they don't know that it makes a difference.

I use 80%PG/20%VG and this seems to work for me. Guess it depends on how good the seal is on the tank.

I have an ego-T B. Using a 50/50 mix with the soft silicone tank caps I still had leaks. I have one 50/50 juice that appears thicker then the others and has never leaked. Quality control among the various e-juice suppliers may be critical to leak-free vaping. I guess its time to conduct tests using different VG to PG ratios, as well as different suppliers, in order to determine which ratios/supplier work best in the ego-T systems.

I use the all VG juices from cignot and never have leaks. Although I believe they are thinned with alcohol and water so they are not super thick.

If I change to one of my 60VG/40PG juices from a different vendor it will leak real bad when the tank is almost empty (like 3-4 drops left in there). One good puff when its low like that and I can hear it gurgle as the juice goes everywhere inside the cone, all over the outside of the tank (blocking the airway) and sometimes on the battery.
