Hello Hidzrami, Do you know if the threads are bad on th Ego or the VN? If you have something else to screw into the battery to see which one has the problem, that would be good. I'd suggest contacting the vendor you got it from and hopefully you can get a replacement. if not maybe you can try to wrap a thin piece of tin foil around the VN threads and that might make it screw on snuggly, It's worth a try.

I had this happen when I dropped my provari with the nova on it it stripped the threads off the nova just enough to cause it to wobble. It was more of a annoyance than anything but consider they are china made and not very strong to begin with.....I would check for flat spotting of the threads on the nova first then if they are still pointed on the edges look inside the ego and you will find the problem.

I will try with a tin foil tomorow...
Thank for all the help guys ^_^ really appreciate it
I'll post the result tomorow ^_^[/QUOTE

Make sure to only put the tin foil around the threads on the outside of the VN and don't let it touch the center pin on the VN or battery, that would cause a short, don't want that.

Your Vivi Nova is a SMOKTech clone/ knockoff and has a spring loaded battery connector on it. This spring is there supposedly to save the user from pulling the battery post on the Vivi when it gets pushed up. ALWAYS buy the genuine VISION brand Vivi Nova, avoid knockoffs.

Interesting, I didn't know there was such an animal. That explains the "jumping out" in the OP.

Yes many have had this problem. Sometimes the spring loaded battery post actually strips the Battery threads. If it were me I'd stop using it before battery thread damage occurs or use a 510 to 510 adapter and let it take the abuse.

Just make sure it's the VISION (brand) Vivi Nova. Have been using them for 6+ months without any issues. Prolly have had to pull the Vivi batt post maybe once. Do you have a favorite online vendor?
