So, last Friday I got my type B eGo-Ts, and on first try they were fantastic. Massive vapour production, solid TH, best I've used yet. Within a few days though the atomizer started to get gunked up, so I figured I'd clean it. However rather than simply soak in alcohol as I usually do I wanted to try something; I recall reading how some people would force water through the battery end of the atomizer which helped clean out the juice stuck under the needle plate. Well, it definitely got the juice out. Unfortunately now it seems like it isn't performing like it should. juice now leaks under the needle plate rather quickly and the draw becomes hard within half a dozen draws -- although even if I don't vape it, the wick will seem to draw it unto the atomizer beyond its capacity so it pools there. It's fine for a little while if I blow it out, but I don't want to constantly be blowing it out. Plus it's wasting juice.

Anyone know what's going on here? I was thinking of using a thin, hooked tool to remove the needle plate, as it looks the same in the XL as it is in the A-type, but I'm afraid of harming the atty.
