The threading on my mvp2 is trashed. I need something that will look nice with the skirt that hides the old threading. So basically I'm looking for a 510 to ego adapter that would have the diameter base of a 510 to sit nicely on the skirt. I bought the 510 to ego adapter that has a well, it looks great nice and flush, however using ego tanks in a well is a recipe for disaster. Half the time i'll swap a tank while driving and end up pouring its contents because its inside the well and I didn't grab the very bottom to unscrew.

I also bought a 510 to ego adapter and it looks bad on top of the skirt, basically not flush and the adapter is easily stuck inside the tank. Is there something that has the base of the one with the well but no well, like a 510 base with ego threading. Thanks!

Well, not exactly, the ego threads on my mvp are gone so I can only use the 510 connector.

I need an adapter that will bridge the gap that the skirt leaves with a normal sized adapter.

Ideally an adapter that has the base diameter of a 510 tank then tapers to ego threading.

I know I can stick an evod on a protank base which would bridge the gap but it wouldn't look good. Plus I'd need like 10 new bases.

Yah, I got one of those. I like how it looks with the beauty ring, however for tank swaps while driving the well poses a problem. I'll grab a tank and start to remove it only to find that the base is still in the well and I dumped my juice. It's what I'm using now since it comes closest to what I'm looking for.

Do they make one that looks similar to that one with the well but instead tapers into an ego thread so I don't have to try and jam my fingers into the well to remove the tank. Otherwise I find myself removing the adapter multiple times a day to swap tanks which defeats the purpose of protecting the last good threads I have.

Thanks!
