You can't go by the lights on a charger. The light could be broken, I had one like that.

If still in warranty, I would ask the vendor to return.

The batts may be fully charged even though the light isn't going on. If you plan on vaping into the future it's a good idea to get a meter to test with.

650 mAH ego's shouldn't take more than 2 hours for the charge after the very first time.
