Ego twist charging question

I know that the light flashing from red to green is normal, but I have never noticed this before and wondering if it is normal.

The part that plugs into the outlet is doing the normal flashing from red to green, it has only been on charge for about an hour so it isn't near finished...the thing is, the piece the twist screws into, the light is green...The way I lay it when it is charging, I just never paid attention to that, I know when I first plug it in, both lights are red....is it normal for that part to be green when it isn't finished charging?

Huh? An Ego Twist does not have a green/red light... What are you talking about?

Normally(in my experience), the USB adapter which plugs into the outlet always shows solid red. The actual charger you plug your twist into should be red when charging with a periodic green pulse telling you there's current being transferred.. Then it should turn green when fully charged.
