eGo Twist failed.

Received eGo Twist 1000mah on order AB-8401 in early July. It has failed. It appears that the "o-ring?" that holds the center post up has failed. It will not make contact with my carts/tanks/atomizers. Battery still has good voltage, but I cannot use it. What do I need to do? Please tell me this is covered under the warranty?

I love my Twists, and this is the first one I have ever had a problem with.

You can take a small screwdriver and pry the center pin up.

These things happen, I've had twists that came with dodgy buttons (at other vendors who didn't care), but Rob is very good at the RMAing faulty gear, I'm sure they'll take care of you.
