Ego twist heat

Hi all,

I finally got an ego twist. I noticed something that is worrying me. I use it with a 1.8 atomizer, at 4v. I don't think that too much, the temperature of the vapor is good, but the body of the atty and the metal around the button are heating a lot. Is that normal?

Both of mine do it. I assume it's just heat from the coil as it only happens when I'm chain vaping.

I mean…I also don't know I'm right. But mine haven't exploded or vented or anything. And with where the heat is coming from, I assume it has to do with the buck/boot circuitry or heat off the atomizer traveling through metal.

you don't feel the heat with most of the batteries out there but the twist and all ego batteries have the heat go to the head and we feel it. i have done test on my nova with a box mod and twist because i get heat on the twist and the heat is from the nova. witch is funny because the nova is a top coil tank. i think the reason we notice the heat is because it goes to the top of the twist and with all the metal around the button we feel it
