About the only tip I can think of is to start low and work your way up until you find the sweet spot.
I'm just amazed that this little $20-30 PV is so well built and works so well.
I can't wait to see what's coming out next.

That would be the innokin iTaste! It seems the days of paying a fortune to get a stylish well built VV are gone forever.

The Twist and iTaste are also much more portable. The Twist is 4 3/4 inches and an ounce and a half!

Edit: The second wave of iTaste should be available about the 15th of June.

Portability is a huge factor for me. In the summertime my only option is my jeans front pocket. The 650mah Twist is about the maximum size I'm comfortable with and has been working great for me.

The current iTaste looks interesting....So what new features will be on the next version of the iTaste?

I agree the 650 Twist is the maximum size and price I would trust to a jeans pocket! They hit the price point right on that one.

Everyone has sold out of the first order of iTaste. Since there is only one manufacturer (Ha, no time to clone it yet!) everyone has to wait. The only change I have heard of is being able to override the voltage range suggested when it measures the resistance.

Any info I have comes from the GotVapes thread.

Itaste - $69.95, 800mah battery, proprietary atomizer, cap won't fit with adapter or drip tip? No, thanks.

HaHa I wasn't proposing them, only answering the "what's next".

They do sell square magnetic adapters (individually or a set of 4 for $20) to fit 510, 303-901, 808D, RN4081, so it can be used with just about any gear that a person has now.

I'm sure this summer will be filled with VV everything imaginable (or unimaginable)!

Same here. I can't wait!

BTW, you can add pontoons to a kayak and it's still a kayak, but when you add a sail it's not a kayak anymore. You know that, right?:D

They've also added a pedal drive system to it.

What I want to add to it is sunshine, a light breeze, and 2 posteriors!

Over the edge...
I demoed the Hobie pedal drive and believe it or not, I didn't like it as much as paddling. They are fast, though. I'm going to enter a 6 mile kayak race this Saturday. I'm afraid I'd be disqualified with your boat. If my paddling partner can't go I'm going to do it in a 10' Wilderness Systems Kaos. lol! If my partner can go, we'll use the Wilderness Systems Tarpon 130 tandem.

Off Topic

If you had to paddle this damn barge you would learn to appreciate the mirage drive and rudder. Half the effort, I would estimate! A godsend when the wind drops, or even when changing tack, so you don't lose momentum. Hopefully we can get a few hours in Friday evening as it looks like the weekend will be all showers.

Good luck! I love the Kaos.
