eGo A is a mega cone shaped atty while eGo B is a cylinder shaped attay. The carts for B type is bigger than the A type and therefore holds more ejuice. It just means that you don't waste time refilling the carts with ejuice too often. But being bigger does not mean that it is the best. It often floods the atty and you have to have some experience to know how to prevent the flooding. What's good about big atty? They produce the most vapor because the bridge inside is much bigger.

The type B has a slightly bigger cart than the A type. If the ejuice is diluted with water or alcohol, the polyfil couldn't hold the juice (even for the A type, depending on the dilution strength). Leaving the vp vertically with diluted juice would definitely flood the atty. For more vapor, the big atty seems to be the best bet.

I haven't tried the type A (cone), but enjoy the type B (cylinder). While I have used them with carts (not bad), I mostly use them for dripping ... and, don't have any more flooding issues than I've had with other atomizer types when dripping. Never had one flood using prefilled carts. I did a blue foam mod on one. That worked pretty well, but I did manage to flood a time or two with the foam.
