Ego Type A to 510 Driptip Adapter

I've never seen them. There is the eGo Mega to 510 drip tip adapter but that would likely fit the B type cylinder eGo mega atty.

They're actually used for EMDCC's but should fit the B atty. Perhaps you could cut one down to A size
The other option would be to get an A type drip tip and mod it - drill it out to the right size but I think without an O ring you'd be better off just using the A drip tip OR better yet .... just use a 510 atty on the eGo..... as long as you're dripping anyway, you don't need the size of the A atty body for anything.

I'm assuming that you're talking about an eGo-T or -C, since the atty/carto models don't have a type. If that's the case, then you've just discovered the reason that many people switch from the -T/-C model to something that uses cartomizers, or just straight dripping.
The tank that fits ontop of them with that lovely annoying pipe-tip is pretty much the only way you'll find that type of tank. The -T was my first non-disposable e-cig kit, and I loved it until I decided to try a cartomizer. The cartomizer wasn't what got me switched though, it was the silly drip tips.
Try a 1.7 or 2.0ohm cartomizer, there's a bit difference in the filling of them and a slight flavor change, but it'll let you use the awesome drip tips.
Also, the eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer (Gosh, that's a mouth full) and some of the other mega/giant type cartos have proprietary drip tips, since they're funky sizes.
