Hi all, I use my bigger mods for my ADV while at work, but I sure do like having a couple ego type bats for the quick run to the store, or out for a walk with the cat lol. and just for convenience. My Vision Spinners are over a year old, and not really taking a charge, or not much of one any longer. I like the 1100mah or in that range. VV, simple twist stuff. Just wondering if I can use my old charger still for the new 1100 mah Vision or Evod or what ever I decide to get. My old Visions are 900, I think. Hard to remember. Thin and tall.

So do I need new charger to go with new bat? What are the most popular in regards to quick charge, nice button action too. I like the larger easier push on the button.

Thanks for your help.

Howdy,

You might want to check out the Smoktech ARO Winder. Snagged one a couple weeks ago and I like it a lot for when I don't feel like hauling my mech around.

These folks ship fast and have treated me well... This one is 1500 mah and can be charged with any ego style charger: Aro Winder 1500mah - Smok eMax Mini Winder - eGo Batteries

For a small easy to use VV battery, why not try an eleaf iStick? It's 2200mAh!!! And as big as 2 Bic lighters held together. Less than 3" x 1.1/4"

Yea, it's more expensive than a twist, but big battery life. And it puts out 5.4 volts max, depending on resistance, up to 20W. They are around for under $40. I got mine delivered for $35.

Hard to find right now, but I was looking for a ego type, and this think is perfect.

I would love to have one. I can't find any body that has them in stock. Who has them?

onlything stopping me from buying one, is the lack of info on the MAX AMPS it delivers. mvp maxes at 3.5A so if this has a higher limit, i may be inclined to purchase.

Heh rich guysll :D I just bought 7 Ego-T 900mah batteries for like $32 bucks off ebay a couple days ago and got them today.

I just don't trust buying one battery and having it be a bad one and at $4 each I just couldn't pass it up.

He has 1100's as well, the batteries are the cheaper brand, but are working fine atm we'll see how long the 7 last me.

Lets see if we can calculate your question. The mvp has 11 watts max, the iStick has 20.

Using the formulas, on the iStick a 1 ohm coil (the minimum) at 20 watts will need 4.47 volts, drawing 4.47 amps. (Theoretically)
I'm not sure of the lowest resistance coil the mvp will fire.

I am able to get my 1.5 ohm iClear 30s to fire at 20 watts with 5.47 volts, drawing 3.65 amps.

This thing is a beast. And in stock at a few places (ebay) for under $40 delivered.

Much depends on how much you want to spend - genuine vs. clones. Personally, I like the Spinner and Spinner II clones at FastTech. I just bought 4 Spinner clones for $10.51 each. I think that you can get the genuine Spinner for about $25 each, and I really can't tell the difference. In other words, the clones are high quality, and I'm happy with my purchase.
