r,

I have two and frankly I use that over the twist :) It holds 4.0-4.2 but don't have an 'underload' meter.... I run a 1.5Ω cisco on it for my espresso vape - perfect! for that flavor. I like the fact that it has the eGo-c protection as well whereas the earlier eGo one didn't. (although I never had that one heat up - btw, I did have an eGo-t heat up on me last week - close to the too hot to touch area - I ditched it - it was on a good, imo, charger although I'm watching other eGo-t's that I have now :) )

Thanks Kent. That sounds great on the PT! And I did see at least 2 suppliers decide already to discontinue their regular ego supplies in favor of the safer UPGRADE. Just need overcharge protection now.

It's stilll quite a low probability factor for both to go out but we, here, do get into those numbers eventually.... so 'when you replace, replace with an eGo-c or upgrade... and the upgrade does give you the 2 modes too - at cignot for the same price....

I also don't have an under load meter and I also am leaning to the Upgrade PT being my standard battery over the Twist. I almost always have my Twist set to 4.0 so it seems to vape the same as the Upgrade.

The only downside to the Upgrade is when I turn it off and put it in my pocket sometimes it will get the mode switched.

I'm with you myk, but there are those that need some heat and throat hit to where the Twist is more value than the eGo-c system. Just a fact of individual needs.

I travel with the eGo-c (non-upgrade) and even then sometimes in a reading glass case ;)
