CCV also sells reasonably priced tanks ($11.00 and up) but I wouldn't buy one yet until I was comfortable with cartos. Realize also the cartos above take 2 ml of juice so re filling isn't as often as you think.

thanks i want something like the ego t to stick on there and go on m way but the ego t i have doesnt seem to work properly on the don

The Don is a nice all mechanical mod, but you need to remember that the power supply (regardless of how fancy or simple) is still only 1/3 of the equation.
All the Don does is supply current to whatever you screw on it, just like the eGo battery does.
Different taste comes from using different voltages, different resistance atties/cartos, and different fluids.

Did you get your Don from ENS?
    They also makes the J-tank.

    omg im so confused

The Don is just another 3.7 volt model that happens to be all mechanical. In comparison to the eGo it should provide a little more warmer vapor because the ego is only 3.4 volts. But overall there won't be too much difference.

If you wanted a true upgrade from an ego, I would have suggested you look at a good 5 volt model or variable volt model. You would definitely get warmer vapor and depending on the model, better consistency. And of course with VV's, much more flexibility.

Probably the best 5 volt model made is the 5 volt GLV2: Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid - Great Lakes Vapor

Yes you have a couple of options but read this first from the manufacturer's website. It is GENERALLY safe but...
While if you want to experience some higher voltage vaping, the Don caters for 5 Volts (our own custom 5V battery); 6 Volts (2 x CR123A 3V); or 7.4 Volts (2 x 16340 3.7V)
(WHILE YOU CAN USE 6V ETC IN THE UNIT WE PERSONALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STACKING BATTERIES FOR 6V OR MORE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF ABOUT BATTERIES! WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. 6V IS A GREAT VAPE! YOU JUST HAVE TO WEIGH THE PRO'S AND CONS AND BE EDUCATED WHEN STACKING BATTERIES)

I have tried the higher voltage and it was too much of everything.
Here's some links for batts @ 5 volts:
5 Volt NIMH 600mAh Battery for The Meglodon
or you can buy 2 smaller batts.
Realize as one poster stated the battery is only 1/3 the equation. If you're looking for more kick you could try SmokTech 1.5 dual coil Mega cartos or the single coil 1.7 resurrector cartomizers- 15 for $21.00 at CCV.
With dual coils your batt life is cut in 1/2 though.
    Good Luck.

can i get other batteries for the don to make it higher voltage ...like stacking them

3.7v vaping is the same whether it comes from the Don, or a Volt or a Kgo or a Riva or a ??? an eGo is actually a regulated 3.2-3.4v The only way to kick up the vape is with low resistance cartos and the best is a smoktech 1.7ohm XL carto from hoosierecigsupply.com or the same thing but called the Resurrector from Crystal Clear Vaping...several other vendors sell these as well...the 5v batts folks are talking about are OK but require their own custom charger...stacking batts is often done by many but there are hazards involved not least of which is the need for a 3ohm or higher carto...a low resistance carto cannot be used safely with 6+volts...just because it is pretty or has a fancy switch does not make it vape any better...3.7v is 3.7v no matter what it looks like........

Not really. The trick is how much resistance can be removed from the circuitry, or how can the voltage be regulated. All 3.7v devices are not equal. Just changing the type of metal a mod is made of will change the end result.
