Ego-w replacement carto's

Looking for people who are familiar with the ego-w, trying to do my own searching online and on this forum and cannot seem to find the answers i'm looking for. Is the ego-w standard carto it comes with suppose to last longer then lets say boge carto's? I like the style of the ego-w and don't want to buy a tank that wont be able to work with the tank sleeve/pen cap. The standard replacement carto for it is much more expensive then standard boge carto's which brings me to think i don't need to replace it as often, is this true?

Also, does anyone know the particular name of the carto it comes with? Ive read its the eliq but searching it brings up several different ones

If you're asking about the carto's / clearo's for use with the pen cap thing they can be found searching for;
F1 cartomizer.
ego ce2 giantomizer F1.
ego w clearomizer / F1 cartomizer.
stealth F1.

do you know how long until i have to replace the carto that comes with it?

You replace the clear/carto when it stops working, leaks excessively, tastes bad or want to go from one flavor to another.

Could last 3 days, weeks or months,,, that is why having replacement delivery devices and back up power devices on hand is a good idea.
