EH 18650 2000MAH (I THINK!?!?!?) Are these really 8c batts?

Here are a few pics:

The owners of the store reassured me that they are 8c batteries, but i looked and looked on google and couldnt find any information on them. Anyone used these or familiar with these...?

Just want to verify that these are indeed 8c batts and can handle 16 amps max(Thats what i got with my math.).

BTW: Thats not a puncture hole, i just messed up the plastic wrap around it trying to get the plastic shipping material off the battery

Yes they are rated 16A. Here's a chart of common batteries that lists these.

BTW, you should really replace the plastic sheathing on the battery if it's torn. Or use a layer of electrical tape on it. You do not want the rest of the sheathing to come off.
