Try the freezer thing, also try one of those sticky rubber jar opener pads that you probably have in your kitchen. That is a commom problem, and once you get it apart clean the threads (and the whole thing) well with hot water and dish detergent. Rinse well, and then assemble/reassemble a few times to work off the gunk and fine shavings from the threads.
i have an ehpro kayfun lite and the threads were very tight when new. as it gets put together and taken apart it will get easier. this is much better than getting loose sloppy threads.
I bought 2 of these and they are a real pain at first. It gets better over time. Three months in using them and I rarely get that problem now... I'm actually thinking of buying a couple more seeing as my wife has taken over one of them lol.
Finally! LOL!
I tried the freezer method twice, and had to knock the thing on the kitchen counter a few times, but it finally opened up.
This thing is built well and vapes great, so I don't mind having to "break it in" for a while.
