Juice explosions are pretty common in tanks, that's not a huge issue. With organic cotton there are only a few things I could think of. Like the gentleman before me said, make sure your coil is raised from the airflow channel, keep the cotton wicking lined up with the channels that bring the juice into the internal parts but be sure not to keep those channels blocked, and be sure to have enough wicking material in the build to Absorb the juice as fast as you pull on the thing. When I started out with the Kayfun it took just a little getting used to, and every so often it would gurgle and leak from the airhole. So I know how frustrating it can get sometimes. Also, as the man before me proposed, try turning the voltage on your device up, the wicks may not be able to keep up with the fluid if the coils are not heating up to an acceptable heat.
