Ehpro Kayfun Nano Issue

I picked one up a few days ago. After dripping for 2+ years it's weird to not drip constantly.. on to my question. I've noticed all 4 of the tanks seem to get so tight it takes a latex glove and paper towel to get it undone. I'm worried the pressure I'm putting on it is going to destroy the pc. I know I shouldn't have to take it apart often but after 1 tank I like to switch flavors/wicks so it's very annoying when I struggle so much to get it apart. The threads aren't crossed, it's just like REALLY tight. Anyone have this issue? Thanks

I have the same issue with the HCigar 3.1 KFC.... the top cap is nearly impossible to remove at times....but I have heard that replacing the black orings with silicone orings ( the clearish white ones) seems to reduce the sticking problems since the black ones seem to setup tightly over time....

I've had that happen often. Buy yourself a couple of rubber pads for opening jars and it will come right apart!

This. Without those my authentics and clones would be a bear to take apart.

I have the same issue with all of my Kayfuns, even when I don't overtighten.

Damn, and I thought I was the only one! I have those jar opener things somewhere now I need to find them... and I'll have to order some silicone o-rings I might have some laying around but I doubt it (worth a shot). Is it the vacuum that causes it? I literally put it on just enough so it wouldn't come undone earlier, and just tried it now and it's plastered on there again Weird...

Same problem with my Nano clone. I get vapor lock a lot too. My Russian 91% v2 never does this and never has a problem with vapor lock. Very strange to me. Guess I'll bite the bullet and get another Russian 91% or maybe try a dripper for use around the house and use the 91% for out on the town.

Silicone o-rings didn't help. Guess it's just the nature of the beast.

It's the threading. My wifes EHPro is having the same issues. While the HCigar after a short break-in is not.

I finally started putting a drop of e-juice on the threads. This helped a bit. But there is a cure. Pick up a small sample of Divers Silicone grease. It Food grade, and can be found at any Dive shop, or on Amazon. Put a small dab on the threads before assembly. Problem solved!

Solution... Stick the included tool in the airhole (teehee) and unscrew it that way. No more using jar openers and gloves and paper towels. Yay
