EHPro KFL+ clone or Tobeco KFL clone

Wanted to get a KFL+ or a Russian 91% as my first rta, but alas boss lady said no after seeing the price for the legits. She did give the ok for the clone prices.

Anyone with experience with both clones, please provide me with some input.

I have both.
Hands down the KFL+ by EHPRO is the better of the two.

The Tebeco will work but the quality is sub-par.

Spend the extra and get the EHPRO KFL+

The Tebeco KFL clone can be found else where for near $28-$29. Good price, if you can tolerate the poor quality.

I have the EHPRO and the only issue was I had to drill out the air intake. Used 1/16" drill. Now hits exactly like my Russian 91% w/adjuster screw all the way out.

I've been using the ehpro for a month and although it vapes well the threading is not great. Very hard to take apart at times and easy to cross thread if you aren't careful. Love the vape though and will get a real kfl+ once my vape budget allows.

Same problem here. Bottom section where air hole is is too small and smooth for my fat fingers to get a grip on it.

I often insert a 1/16" drill bit into the air hole to give me something to turn against when removing the base on my KFL+ and Russian 91%.

Latex gloves work well for disassembly for me.

I bought a tobeco KFL clone and loved it, so I decided to try and upgrade and bought a Hcigar Russian clone and it's a piece of junk. Bad threads, lots of machine oil residue and the finish is bad with some major flaws. No bottle was included so filling it is pretty messy. No spare o-rings or parts were included either. Oh, and if I run the center pin in it won't make contact on my ProVari, my MVP, or really anything but my EA or Nemesis clone since they have an adjustable positive pin.

I have an EHPro clone coming that I ordered yesterday. Hopefully it is of better quality than the Hcigar Russian clone.

I don't know who makes it but took the chance with this one Russian 91 Kayfun Lite Clone High Quality RBA Atomizer | eBay, and can't more than satisfied with it. It's a clone of the russian, even has russian marked on it which is a plus for looks I guess lol. What I like about it compared to some other clone that had all the original markings of the k fun lite was that it hasn't leaked, I carry it on my pocket like nothing. I was alway carefull with the other one, but I guess you get what you paid for.

that's a good price if it's as good of quality as the real 91%. I personally prefer my 91% to my KFL...

How do you know it's a clone of the R91 and not an actual one?

I know that the Russian comes in a black box when I compared pictures and the one on ebay comes with a white box, other than that im presuming its a clone because of the price? The Russians are more expensive.

Forgot to update you guys. Got the EHPro KFL+ clone on its way. After contemplating a bit, also got an Origin clone inbound.



Now could you guys kindly point me to the proper subform that deals with mech batteries and chargers?

The air hole was tiny which made the draw super tight (to me) It was much better after drilling it larger. It seems good quality but as others have said, it's a beast to get that bottom section apart from the base! I rewicked it this morning and never could get the bottom section off, even with rubber grippers. So I just left it on.. it doesn't interfere with anything while rewicking.

All in all I do like it, it vapes the same as the more expensive ones.. once I modded it. I don't know if all the eh pro kfl units have the air hole this small but if they do, and someone isn't comfortable with a drill or doesn't have one.. I wouldn't get it.

I worked my way up to 1.5mm. It could probably stand to go a bit higher though. Be careful not to drill too deep or you'll get into the center pin. I chucked my bit to the depth I wanted so I couldn't go too deep. It wasn't hard to do.
