Try flavorconcentrate. Chris gives amazing customer service. You can buy small amounts of flavors here so you don't end up with a ton of flavor you don't like. He also has flavorings from many companies, so you have lots to choose from. he also sells bottles and pg and vg. 
One Stop DIY Shop offers a variety of items for the DIY'er. Kim and the staff have great customer service and fast delivery.

Go read the guide and always consult the lists and any other available info to see which flavors are safe for vaping. Some contain chemicals that should not be vaped. Some are oil based and hard to mix. Etc. Don't buy flavors without research.
