I'm really enjoying vaping (woot one whole day off the analogs) but my main gripe so far is how sweet all the juices are. I've been enjoying a strawberry juice, and I get that that should be sweet. However, I have a tobacco flavor which just tastes like sugar, and a hazelnut flavor, which is a tat more earthy but still very sweet, it's actually more of what I was looking for in the tobacco one.

I get VG is naturally sweet, but I was curious if anyone knows of flavors/brands that tend to be less sweet. I saw reviews of a black tea juice, which is supposed to taste just like it, but I'm worried if I get it, it won't be bitter and will be overly sweet. The flavors I've tried are all 20% VG.

Thanks for the help.

i personally like the sweet but not too sweet flavors , love the good coffees. So far i really like the flavors from Home Page. Plus you can contact them to talk about what flavors might meet your likes. The best way is find a local meet up group or local store where you can try different flavors until you find what works for you.

Finding the right juices for your taste is like finding the holy grail. As Sesshomaru said, a local shop or vape meet is great for finding what you like. Most online vendors offer sample sizes pretty cheap. One of the cheapest I know of is ecblendflavors.com. You can get any of their flavours in 5ml sizes for $2.50 and can even customize most of them. I'm sure you'll get a ton of other suggestions for vendors shortly.

Get a few drip atties for taste testing so you don't waste a bunch of cartos, or clearos, or whatever you're using.

Keep in mind that your taste will likely change over the next several months as your body heals itself from all the damages cigarettes have done. Don't throw away any juices that don't taste good to you now as the may be that holy grail a few months from now. Store them in a cool, dark place like a drawer or a shoebox in the bottom of a closet.

Also keep in mind that some juices require steeping before they really taste as they should.

Good luck and congrats on your first day off cigarettes.

Hope this helps.

The fruit flavors/flavors from dripeez are not overly sweet, they taste more like the natural fruit, nut etc than candy and are all natural and organic. just got some this week, for example; blueberry tastes just like blueberries, hazelnut tastes just like hazelnut :) going to try a few more soon, (already busy with 7 of em).. they have coconut too.

Sweet, thanks everyone. I went to a semi-local store today, and tried a few flavors and none, even the fruit, was as sweet as the ones I ordered. I got a sample pack of 5 + 1 free from vaporgod. I think they put something in their juices, they all have the same sweet/sugary taste + the flavor it is stated as, except the tobacco flavor. I think I'm gonna get a few more from the local store, and then check out some of the suggestions above, thanks again.
