Hey. I just received a new bottle of honeysuckle tobacco (80 PG) from bmv. It sat for about a week in my juice box. When I pulled it out, I tried dripping into my atty and this stuff wouldn't budge. Seriously, I got about half of a regular sized drop out and I was squeezing that bottle tight.

I then noticed it looked like it had separated into two components, one a little more lighter and viscous than the other. This has never happened with any of my other juices (including other bluemist). I shook it up to mix and now it's cloudy as heck and pretty opaque.

Anyone know if this is something I should worry about?

I had the exact same thing happen to me when I DIY'ed a batch of Honeysuckle using honeysuckle flavoring from The Perfumers Apprentice. It separated and became cloudy after shaking because this particular flavor from TPA is suspended in Triacetin which does not mix well with PG. The only way I could get it to mix well and stay mixed without cloudiness was to mix the flavoring with VG only (diluted with distilled water). Hope this helps.

Oh, and you asked if it's anything you should worry about. From a health standpoint, there is nothing that I'm aware of.

Did you try cutting the PG batch with VG? If so, did it help? Its a 30 ml bottle, I'd like to get some use from it:)

The batch I made was 35% VG and the separation issue was like yours - separation until shaking, at which point it became cloudy. Since I had only made a 4ml batch with no nicotine, i just pitched it and started over as my total investment in that batch was probably around 15 or 20 cents
