I would definetely recommend FreedomSmokeUSA.com! The quality/flavor of their juice is amazing. I have only been vaping for 1 month but i am hooked. My flavor of choice right now is strawberry/kiwi.....check em out...you wont regret it.
Rawr Vapor and Kick Bass Vapor. They are my go-to's, and after testing all the other highly suggested vendors, they are the only one's I will continue to go to.
It depends a lot on what you like. I go to different vendors for different flavors.

I just got a bunch of samples from Heather's Heavenly Vapes. So far I've tried 3 - Crunchberry, Carnival and Mocha Java Smooth. Of the 3 I liked the first two better than the third but any one of them is MILES better than anything I've had in a pre-fill. 4 3ml samples are 8 bucks - 30mls are 12.

If your looking for good juice for a cheap price, I'd highly recommend RawrVapor. They have excellent flavors and they have 30ml bottles for 19.50
I have been reading all the reviews I could find on kick bass vapor it sounds good I am going to place a oreder for like 10 of their orginal flavors here this week
If you like creamy flavors I would suggest clouds of vapor butterscotch and caramel cream. Two of my favorites! For fruity flavors I like pink spot and virgin vapor. Not too much into tobacco flavors.
Backwoods Brew is supposed to be very good from alot of the old timers on here, and also is cheaper than 19.50. They have 30mil for 16.50 before shipping.
Alice in Vapeland. I've tried just about every vendor. They're the best. Not as popular yet since they're still new. Just order a sample pack. You won't regret it.
My go-to is Kick Bass Vapor. I like the sweet stuff, and they do it well in a non-overpowering level.
It does depend on what sort of flavors you're looking for because different vendors excel in different areas. My current faves are Virgin Vapor for all coffee vapes and Creme Caramel. I also love Backwoods Brew's Waffle, Caramel Cappuccino and Espresso flavors. Copper Creek is good, too.
