Ekowool

Hi guys,

Just wondering on everyone's experience with ekowool versus the other contenders e.g.: silica, cotton etc. Mainly I use silica or a strand from a cotton ball.

In my opinion the flavour from ekowool is superior than regular silica but have only been using it for a few hours so far.

I feel a bit embarrassed asking but are you able to dry burn ekowool in the same way as silica?

It's good stuff..

Ekowool is silica actually. So you can dry burn it.

Good to know that I don't have to be overly .... about keeping it super wet at all times. Yes that's what she said!

I've used regular silica wick, Ekowool, and cotton.

Ekowool beats regular silica by a wide margin. It wicks better (faster), so it seems to have better flavor.

I am using micro-coils so that it is easy to re-wick while travelling. In the micro-coils, I use cotton. It works well in this configuration. I haven't tried anything else with cotton.
