With the clones starting to show up this thing may be a game changer.
I splurged on an authentic #105, and have not yet handled a clone to compare, but all I can say is WOW.

Milling is top notch. Caps and airflow ring fit snugly, I suggest lubing the AFC oring with some juice or it can be tough to adjust.

Posts are beefy with large screws that fit and thread extremely well. Post holes are enormous, larger than the MutationX, and the wide screws really hold the wire tightly without pinching or snapping.

Drip well is deep and well defined.

Airflow is adjustable and enormous, it has provision for running single or dual coil. My extremely unscientific test of shoving that in my mouth at the same time as a MutationX both wide open gives the edge to the Mephisto slightly on max airflow.

The ElDiablo matching drip tip is everything I like in the vapetasia friction fit tip, but more comfortable. It is of course sold separately.

Testing done on a Vapesirs Golden Knight loaded with VTC5, built 24g not quite micro coil ~.23ohms, wicked with japanese cotton.

Verdict :headbang:

Yup my only complaint, and it's not much of one is that it's a bit of a drooler.
Much like the MutationX or anything with big air there is some seepage from the airholes occasionally, and the topcap fits so positively that it kind of suctions some out the bottom when capping. I do however tend to fill my wells when dripping, I'm sure this would be less with just a quick squirt on the coils.

Did I mention how awesome the posts and screws are?
