Ming cartography. Don't knock it till you've tried it. For about ten days from "acceptance" I had nothing but silence. Then they were in Maine.
1. Same here. I popped back into this forum a few months ago for no particular reason, read about 1,000 posts about the iStick 20, was about to order one when the 30 came out...got that instead and haven't looked back. Then you guys taught me about the GS Air. Been a very nice ride ever since.
2. Edwin Arlington Robinson, American poet of the early 20th century, wrote a poem including —more or less— these words: "and there is nothing so futile as regret.". First read that in your neck of the woods, near Traverse City, in about 1965. Moved here and found that Robinson was born just up the river from here, in Head Tide. Strange.
But....yeah...I know what you mean.
Okay cat, dog or any other animal lovers, tell me if I'm the only one that does this; I need to put clean sheets on my bed but I'm putting it off because my cat is napping in it.

Nope Lost...you ain't the only one!! Lol if I disturb the cat while she is sleeping on the bed she goes out of her way to make making up the bed take 4 times longer than it normally does. If I wait until she jumps off, I can make the bed in a snap! So I wait! Or...at the least...return to the previous blue/grey ones. They were "3-dimensional" and "professional" looking. The new ones are "2-dimensional" and look like something my 2 year old granddaughter drew with her crayons.
Please don't tell anyone (and I'll deny it if confronted)...but...I've (slowly) become accustomed to automatically looking left under the avi (and under that stoopid mood thingy--which I really don't even see any more)...to easily and quickly see the user name.
Sounds like you'd be a good person to ask...What's the difference between "flammable" and "inflammable"???

They mean the same thing...capable of burning or being able to set fire to.
Non flammable means not capable of burning.

Thanks, Cheech! That works great. I didn't realize you could use Ad Block to block out images.
I cannot take credit for the tip from Tibs!
It does work great, you can also block out the "Mood" banner, but you have to do each one individually...
Google Chrome is my browser, here's the Adblock Plus - Surf the web without annoying ads!
It's great if you frequent forums with annoying ads.
On this board, I right click on the item I want to block, and select to "block element."

I use Ad Blocker Plus. It works great. I especially like that it blocks all those ads You Tube likes to play before letting you watch a video.
