To the top of the center post--if you go above that, you'll have a flood.
Bruce, filling these tanks takes a little practice -- make sure nothing goes down the center hole (chimney). I stop filling just short of the lowest point, and I use a blunt tip needle. No point in pushing it. After filling, let the tank sit a few minutes so it can saturate the liner and the coil. You will get true flavor after a few puffs. At least , that's my experience. All coils and filler material have varying amounts of "taste" until they are a bit broken in.

The "center post" looks like a 3 tier wedding cake kinda, Anniversary layer at the bottom. The 1st cake layer has the slit in it.

Top of the third layer. Pour your eliquid down the wall of your tank--like pouring beer. If you overdo it, just blow through the center airflow tube, gently, to get rid of any juice that may be there.

I almost went with the Amethyst because it looks real close in color to my IStick reds (pinks) which I love, but I decided to be brave and go for purple!
