"Organic" has become a meaningless term...who's definition takes precedence?
In some states, the legislature has defined the term. Here's the process:
Take lobbyist money, process it through multiple legislators over expensive lunches and dinners, and what comes out is.... (what you're thinking) and...a politician's definition (which is identical to what you were thinking.)

Spoken from bitter experience trying to get my blackberries, untouched by anything but rainwater and sunlight, qualified as "organic". I refused to pay extortion, so they are now not sold as "organic", but are given for free to friends, neighbors, strangers...if accompanied by a child under the age of 89.

It's a spiritual, karmic difference.
I prefer KGD for making wicks. Not because it is organic, but the way the pads are made it is easier and quicker to make a wick. I coil wicking were a high dollar competitive sport I would never be without my KGD. Unfortunately the critters got to my stash and now I waste precious seconds per wick with CVS rolled cotton.

:) I must say, the Chinese should take lessons off of Cheech for the coil manufacturing. I immediately noticed a difference. Just received a beautiful package from my friend Cheech with some coils to try out and a handy green toe nail clipper for recoiling purposes and even got a birthday card!
No really, thanks very much Cheech, for the Thank you card & the new wire snips along with the coils!! :toast: I really appreciate it!
Tastes unbelievable!!

This is the craziness involved. It takes many years and many dollars to have your crop(s) certified as "organic". Hmmm... Were the cows that produced the manure, that you fertilized your crop with, fed nothing but organic grains? Does the grass growing in the fields that they graze qualify as organic? Because of the process and cost, organic foods are woefully expensive. I'm perfectly happy with sustainable practices like we grew our garden when I was a kid: manure, compost, maybe a bit of lime and lots of water, weeding and pruning.

Oh, you almost had me, I was hovering over the "like" button about to push and then I saw it .... lanyard. LOL!
IMRs, love today's avi. Rainbow keys -- nice touch.
Now 'splain to me what differences you noticed in Cheech's wonder coils - same ohms? better flavor? Less/more rice krispie? I thought I would be rebuilding mine by now - I do have about ten, finally, that are shot. HOWEVER, the *cough*coughs* across and down the hall have prolonged my learning experience due to being able to buy 5 or 6 boxes at a time for barely over $1 per coil. (That and the laziness genetically gifted to me by my hillbilly parents 50 some odd give or take a little years ago.)

You are more than welcome!
Glad you like the coils, I would say they are organic, but they contain no granola...

One can be organic and your neighboring field not...Hm-m-m-m-m?
As GF pointed out, it's all about the money.

Oh, come on. You can like that. Nothing at all wrong with lanyards! :)
Tastes great. Put one on at 1.6 and after about 20 minutes, it's been reading 1.4 (which is even nicer imo). I don't hear the little critters making noise and yes, I've been taking easy street for a long while myself but I'll have to step up and save more money and rebuild 'em. :)

:) The whole organic thing is a sales pitch, I guess. It definitely beats the other stuff. I've had it long before these came out and I always thought rayon was my favorite! :)
Granola might be good too. You never know with this craziness! I never thought I'd be smoking cotton.

why do you think my videos have no narration?:)

A. Doesn't want the world to know he sounds like John Wayne
B. He stripped all the wire out of the microphone to use in coils
C. The dog ate the script
D. Didn't want to lose the PG-13 rating
E. Too hard to build coils and recite Evangeline and the Acadians at the same time?
