The silicon washers you pointed out hopefully won't wear out, more difficult to locate I imagine.
That flat silicone washer is the one I put underneath the firing pin on my first istick. It's deceiving for as thin it is. I put the original o-ring under there too. I think it's been about a month now and it's still working fine.

For me, truly not fun because I was so afraid of damaging something else, but it all worked out in the end.That must have been like micro surgery!
What we've been referring to as grommets are rubber shoulder washers. If someone can spec out the dimensions they can be ordered far more cheaply.
I work with those every day. Calipers too!
