WOWWWEE! Take a look at that pic!!! Nice COILING, there, Bike!
@LynnNC - you're slackin'. Next time I send you coils, I expect them to be rebuilt like Bike does it.

Yes ma'am!!:lol::lol: Guess I'll have to go to Bikensteins school of coil rebuilding! :p

Ever consider using 30 or 32 gage and building a dual parallel? It's like the Freemax Starre coils. Take 2 pieces of kanthal, side by side and coil them at the same time. You still get the two coils, but save room... uses only one wick, too and may give you that air flow you're killing with the dual monsters. Hell, you can probably go to a 2.5 mm diameter with no issues if you do that... if needs be to get to your target resistance. Just food for thought.

Something like this, but less beasty:

That would probably work or a twisted coil, but I like the 1.1 ohm singles I build just fine anyway. I was just messin around with the dual coil. I have done twisted kanthal on my ST Mini and Lemo.

Okay, so you can see here where the drip tip broke off into the top off the tank. Suggestions about how to get it out?

If it's made out of acrylic or other non metal I would take a tapered wood screw, screw it in until it's tight then pull it out with pliers gripping the screw head.

I hear you... on the horizontal coils, I settled in at a single coil 1.2 ohm build. Worked really well. On the vertical coils, I'm digging the 0.9 ohm builds I've made. They vape great and still fire just fine on my Mini iStick 20W (0.8 ohms is their cutoff). The airflow the M, the MS, and the Tank provide are more than adequate to have it running well. Can't speak to the original GS Air... mine hasn't come in from Rocky Mountain Vapor yet.

On your ST, try a clapton build... WOW. Pain in the neck to make the clapton wire, though. Works well in the older RBA and works like a champ in the new one.

You guys are making it harder than it should...when mine broke, I put the point of a nail file in the hole and popped it right out. Of course, David and Cloudmann's ideas may work better if its in good and tight. Mine weren't. :)
Disregard my idea... that tapered screw is pure genius.
