I went nuts trying to figure out which one it was!
The staff here hate them as they don't work as well as standard woven gauze, I love 'em!

You mean the staff at the Oregon State Hospital? ;) First one to state the movie that was from gets a jelly bean from my Easter basket when it arrives. :)

~ Hey Bikenstien: I'm the same way pretty much have everything I ever purchased including all the empty eliquid Bottles. Well, except for the different set ups or mods that I've given away to others to try and get them started. Who knows one of these days I will be mixing up my own Skullman's Custom eFlavors!?? All those empty bottles will come in handy. Now is it Hoarding or a Hobby!?? Ha Ha Ha

Skullman {:{}

You could be a hoarder :) I still have every coil and even every empty juice bottle I ever bought. I have all the pipettes including a couple of split ones. I've got empty flavor bottles. I clean and re-use everything. :)

Don't Chuck it Lost! Save it to Rebuild! I asked all my friends to save their Pro Tank Coils so I could rebuild them! Got pretty good at rebuilding and they liked not having to purchase more coils! Skully {:{}

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. :D
I may just have to break down a chuck it in the "f-it" bucket, and start with a brand new, fresh coil. :unsure:

~ Hey e-pipeman: Yep, been going through this Thread off on and off all day. Saw the link for Totally Wicked and checked it out. While bouncing between it and the forum I noticed changing prices? I was taken aback! What's going on here? Well, it looks like I will need to take some time and see what kind of deals I can get. I did like the Custom Colored e-Grip!

~ I haven't received the e-Grips yet. I got in on LadyVaper's Egrip COOP My First involvement in a COOP. A lot of Fun and met some Great Folks. I haven't checked in today but I believe any time soon we should be receiving them! I'm into Bottom Feeders and wanted in on an eGrip the first time I saw em! I read up on em and everything sounded good so when I stumbled across her COOP I was in. You can save a lot on Vape equipment getting involved with a COOP! I wanted 2 but ended up getting 3 cause they were priced right! I can update you or you can check in on her COOP and see what a number of folks think about it. I've since got in on Walker843's Aspire Tanks, Heads and Accessories CO-OP picked up some Atlantis & Nautilus Tanks, Accessories, Coils and a Couple Sub Ohm 18650 Mods. Pretty Good Deals! I suggest checking out the COOP Planning and Discussion Threads to see what folks are talking about putting together you just might find something you just cant pass up!

Hi Skully,

Sounds like you've been on the Totally Wicked site. They do a thing called a "Yo-Yo" - the prices do indeed go up - but they can also go down a lot too, which is nice. I've had some good deals on stuff that way. But you DO have to be really patient and watch it like a hawk - in my experience a good deal will turn up this way.

I've always had good service from TW when I use them (which is only from time to time these days). What do you think of the e-grip, by the way?

~ Hey gerrymi: Sorry I thought I put the link in the post My Bad! I get mine from SmokTek there are others that carry them but I've been Loyal to SmokTek they have treated me well over the years. DCT Pro Coil, Bottom Coil Tank Cartomizer for the SmokTank XL

A few months back I picked up their SmokTank XL Slim Locking DCT Tanks for my Pipe Mods utilizing the DCT Pro Coils, now my Pipe Mods Rock! I really like the Locking DCT Tanks no accidental leaks or spills with tanks just held together with O-Rings. They fit well and look good on the eGo style mods too!

In fact I'm rotating between miOmi It's Cold Outside, miOmi RY4 and and a Juicy Grape Menthol Blend I put together with the Large Tanks and Coils on Vamo 5's. These are my High Nic liquids for those time of day I want more Nic!

You'll find that these Vape Great, Taste Great are Stingy on Liquid use and Blow Clouds when you want! Most importantly last long! Can get a month or more out of some. Darker eliquid seems to help shorten life. I've cleaned them under hot water blow em out and put back into rotation. I Vape the Pro Coils every day on and off all day and into the night. Folks are blown away with all the Mods around me, I want different flavors at arms reach at all times.

Your Welcome
Skully {:{}

Hey SM...happen to have a link handy?

Thanx!

~ OK I Just Finished! Whooo Hooo! Been at it on and off all day! Boy this has been a pretty popular thread! I learned a lot from You All and got some great links to check out!

Thank You All for sharing! I got a lot out of this so far! Yeah, So Far!

~ Hey Katdarling: I've seen a number of your posts on Cartos. One really caught my attention when you posted how many you were stocking up on. I'm a Carto user and have tried just about everything out there. I had real good results with the some Innoken & Boge but then I was turned on to the Original IKenvape 801 LR Fusion Punch. Man these were the Bomb but had to us an adapter which looked funky but for the performance was worth it! I never had a Carto like em but the Originals were hard to come by to the point they were getting $4 bucks a piece for em.

Then Ikenvape brought their 510 Mega Fusion Punch LR on to the scene. Way better price 'didn't have to use an adapter' and availability was good at least for a while, but quality was not quite as good as the 801 Fusion Punch then they became scarce. So I went looking again when I came across the DCT Pro Coil, Bottom Coil Tank Cartomizer. These have very little filler just around the coil and two large round openings down around the coils. These things are amazing! I've had these Coils last me a month or more depending on the eLiquid and PG/VG Ratio.

I have 4 Vamo V5's with the Old School Stainless DCT Tanks set up with these for Daily Vaping. I will take my Menthol 'It's Cold Outside from miOmi" and put the tank on my iTaste MVP or iStick 50 watt for my long days and miles in the car. Lately I've put it on my iStick Mini for in the stores and such. I know this is Clearo thread and all but thought i should share this with you. You might want to check em out.

Hello Skullman, and congrats on reading thru this entire thread.

Yes, I have quite a stash of kartos at this point. They are vape insurance to me, and as far as I know, the shelf life should be pretty good. ;)

I've tried them all as well, but I do thank you for pointing out the ones you did. I actually was not fond of the fillerless ones at all. I'm a huge IKV fan, and Boges when Ikes are unavailable.

Having said that, I've been bitten by the clearo bug over the last 7ish months, and am enjoying the Air tank, the Cerotank, and the Naughties. I really like these clearos for taste, and welp, they encourage and promote my lazy side. :blush:

Hey Skull that Katdarling is the vapersmeow. ;)

You're biased. I like that about you. ;)

Anyone else here noticing your AFC screw moving by itself? I know where I had mine set the last time I adjusted it and just now it was moved to a more open air flow setting. Weird... :blink:

have you ever been able to bend spoons with your mind? :)
I haven't noticed mine adjusting themselves...yet.

Thanx for the link. Do you like them as much as SM does...or dislike them as Kat does?

I have mostly Nauty's in my "rotation" (am waiting for the larger capacity GS Air's to become available). But I also have 2 IBTanked. They're beautiful, quite easy to fill and do give me a "different" vape than clearomizers.

Thanx for the link. Always interesting how different vapors like/dislike vaping gear.

One of the attractive qualities of CartoTanks (to me) is how easy they are to refill. Leaving it attached to the Mod...insert refilling tool => push up tank => refill => push down tank => replace drip tip...you're done!!!

With the one locking tank I tried...I had to remove it from the Mod to UNlock it before refilling. That kinda' defeats the "easy-filling" aspect of CartoTanks.

I've still to find my "favorite" Carto. I do plan on trying a couple "DCT Pro Coils".

However I've also heard a lot of praise for "Ikenvapes". But...whenever I go to his site I'm always overwhelmed by the number of choices.

Which one(s) (XL=45) would you suggest I try?

Cartomizers

I have tried a few fillerless cartos in my tanks and never had much luck with them--in my experience, they don't control juice intake well. The only one that works is the Sophia by Leo, by many accounts, but I gave up on carto tanks as soon as clearomizers became available.

My favorite cartomizers are Boge and Smoktech. Boges are a little tricky to fill properly the first time because they are very densely woven, but once you get one going, it's a very nice vape. Smokech cartos are also very good and easier to fill. Ikenvape cartos are made by Bogetech (to Isaac's specifications) and are very good indeed--or they were back then when I was using them.

Good luck.
