I finally purchased one of these from sweet vapes last week. It's a very nice tank for ~$10. I'm glad I only bought one seeing the M model coming soon with a better air flow controller. I really couldn't tell much of a difference when I adjusted it on the air tank.

For the price, it's an excellent tank.
I ended up just removig the air adjustment screw, kept falling out in the UC when I cleaned them.
