On Drip Tips:

I hate the all the GS drip tips. I lost the one for my Air a couple of days ago and went and ordered 7 nautilus drip tips as backups and replacements for the GS tips. They fit very snug in the GS Air and Air M. I just like the way they are shaped and how they fit my mouth.

On Flooding/Gurgling:

I'm still working out the kinks on the M, but I have noticed my GS Air has stopped flooding/gurgling since I upped the wattage. I am getting a slightly warm and very flavorful vape at 12W. This is with the new style coils that had some F/G issues below 10W.

My M has the old style coil and is still having issues. It's not as easy to clear the M with a modified Q-tip as the chimney is not the same diameter all the way down it's length.

On the CC issues:

I ordered from both S-V and GV and have not had an issue yet. The folks that monitor by Bank of America Visa are very good at stopping fraudulent charges, but I won't be surprised if I get a call telling me I need a new card.

Good Morning Tootle Puffers!! (I like the ring to that ;) )

Some tiny minor issues I noticed when I woke up this morning with the M ->

1- No leaking juice out of the connector pin, but I did see condensation on 510 connector in the iStick. Overall, I'm glad its not juice :)

2- Juice seems to pool in the well where the coil meets the chimney which can at times cause a small gurgle. After soaking up the juice and blowing out the connector end of the coil the gurgle went away.

I was inspired by Cheech and am doing a little experiment. I took an o-ring off one of my bvc Nautilus mini coil and placed it in the well. It was a perfect but loose fit. The coil screwed in with no issues. Now I'll vape this tank of yummy goodness and see if the o-ring helps prevent the build up.

This is still one of my favorite tanks!

Well the results are in...
test2.jpg
The tanks all sat for 12 hours over night,
the only one to leak was the Rebuild and the leakage took place mostly at the beginning of the test.
Neither stock coil had any leakage nor pooling beneath where the coil sits.
I think Rhammer is right, the accumulation of vape fluid in the air tube and below the drip tip
migrates down overnight and into the coil causing flooding in the coil.
Tesla would not approve of my scientific methodology so take it for what it's worth. (Tesla died a virgin and ate only vegetables, so there)

Edit to add: I don't care if this tank scattered my trash and kicked my dog, it would still be my favorite.

Challenge accepted anyone??!!!

I think the M is worth getting. It performs like the GS Air with the added bonus of the capacity. Once I break in my stock coil I'll have a better idea on how it differs in flavor, if at all.

Lynn, I would break the bank just this once to get a tank or 2!!!! Or just do the trade ;)

For what it's worth, credit card fraud usually doesn't occur immediately after any given purchase. After an account is hacked it takes a little while to propagate down through the thieves' community. List of cards are bought and sold, then eventually a bogus charge is attempted. Don't be so quick to associate any given purchase to the fraud. The theft could have happened at any time.

I bought Lynn's card information a couple of months ago, then just booked my vacation to Bora Bora this week. :?:

Ok, no I didn't. :p

true - still very strange though that 2 members ended up with a compromised card and in both cases the charges originated in the uk :?:

and yes, in most cases online vendors do not have access to the complete card number, only their processor does
