Yes. The wire finishes stiff, smooth & straight. It does not appear twisted.

You really only need to twist a 2-3 foot section for 20-30 seconds.

If you're in this for the long haul, you might as well try both. A nice thing about using the annealed is you can "harden" it to your liking. With the tempered, you get what they give you...

All this assumes that you have a drill. Your 12 gauge isn't going to help here.

I do have a drill! I used it to twist 2 pieces of 30 gauge to make a twisted coil for my Reo.

You're an old pro at this then. I love twisted 30 gauge. It has become my favorite to build with, especially my RTAs. You can always pick up 32 gauge Ni200 and do a twisted pair. It would be slightly less stiff than the Kanthal twisted 30.

I thought it was kind of cute. Down here we have brown centipedes up to nine inches or so, reportedly up to a foot long. Short legged armor plated little brutes. You can buy them online for pets: Scolopendra alterans.

I guess it's no different than a pet tarantula... But they're poisonous!

Difference being a tarantula can bite you, the centipede WILL bite you. I personally don't see the attraction. I don't judge, though. My daughter had a big bark scorpion we caught for a school project that she wanted to keep. "What are you going to feed it?" "Uh, what do they eat?" "Cockroaches, big cockroaches." At which point Mom started making strange noises, and the scorpion was returned to its rock in the park.

Off to transplant five or six dozen raspberry canes that appeared, miraculously or by bird defecation, in the middle of a hosta and daylily bed.

Chipmunks have eaten most of the spinach seed planted yesterday. ¡Mongo Santamaría! and the horse they came in on!

Nicoticket's Raz Cup is very true to a raspberry flavor but it has a vanilla cake flavor to go along with it. Other than that I'm kinda limited. Sorry!
