Where is the mist coming from? Rebuilding is not an exact science. It's mostly trial and error. Is the 510 insulator all the way in? Is the pin all the way in? Do you have enough wicking material in the coil? Are your wicks in contact with the wrap on both sides?

It does take a little practice to get it right. Don't get discouraged--and good luck!
You know my motto- You can't get discouraged if you never try to begin with!

Good Afternoon Airheads. I have a Tuesday afternoon matinee that I'd like to share...
I was talking to Cheech in a Conversating session and told him that I tore all of my saved heads down to start recoiling and I mentioned that I had some arthritis going on. So, after the second try using the Cheechomatic (TM), I found an easier way for myself (because I had to ) to remove the caps from the Air heads, with the MS trick. Like many other people, I use an evod base because I never had the original GS Air that he uses. Cheech was curious how I was doing this so I told him that I'd send a video to show him.
I made it for him today and he mentioned to me that I should definitely show it on the thread because it simplifies the process a bit more (for those that are having a hard time taking the caps off). This does really make it simple, especially if your joints are acting up (like mine). This is only for older folks (like me ).

Thanks for the vid, IMRs!! One of these years when I start rebuilding, that video is going to come in REAL handy! LOL! These coils don't die, I tell ya.
And your avi quadruple layer bus is one SCARY ride -
You're welcome Nanny. The extra layers are obviously for more Air Heads. Does look a little top heavy, huh?

I know that you guys know that the istick 40W TC mod can be purchased at cvapor.com, well now you can also purchase the new GS Air tank shown in the video from there for $12.40. If you use AVU10OFF or PLF10OFF you can get 10% off the order. I had already ordered the mod so I just went and ordered the tank as well. :) $50.98 for the mod, tank and a 5 pack of the Ni coils...
