So I've got a quick questions about the coils. I've only got a vision spinner that I've been using since I haven't had a chance to upgrade it yet and the 1.5 ohm coil that came with it worked perfectly and its still working, just not quite as good as new.
But I tried swapping in a new coil from a 5 pack I got and it worked for about an hour then the fire button just started blinking whenever i would try to fire it.
I switched the original coil back in and its back to firing like normal so I try switching in another one of the coils from the pack and it just keeps flashing again. Anybody got any idea as to why it'd only be happening with the new coils?

Do you have a way to check the ohms of the new coils? Sounds like they are sub-ohm or below 1 ohm...I've never had a spinner, but sounds like that's the problem.
Nah...I'll rebuild them over time and not all at once. Right now I'm just pulling out the old coils and stuff and getting them cleaned up.50 coils! You are gonna be busy!

@Cheechako and @IMRs , the ultrasonic cleaner worked very well! To satisfy my own curiosity(mainly because the coils still looked dark) I dry burned one of my cleaned coils and there wasn't any smoke coming off of them. They fired right up! Great deal!! Thanks Cheech!! Smooches...

I've got a multimeter laying around here somewhere. I guess I'm going to have to find it. It just seems strange that the first 1.5 ohm coil worked fine and still is but the other 1.5 coils don't seem to want to fire at all.
Hopefully by Sunday I'll be able to afford to order something that can run them. [emoji14]
I actually ran into this same problem this weekend. I never use my old spinner ii but I was going to gift it and the only spare coils I have for the protank is 1.5. The spinner would not fire the 1.5 coil. Just like yours it would blink and nothing. I finally found a tank with a 1.8 and that would vape it fine
Maybe the original coil that came with the tank was off towards the higher end? That's the only thing I can think of now.
I've used all three types of GS Air tanks on a 1600 mah Vision Spinner II clone, with no problems. I suspect the coils are funky.

When doing serious gardening, I sometimes get protective towards my isticks.What? Using a GSA on something other than an iStick? The thought never occurred to me. Doh!
I consider the Spinners expendable, though I have yet to ruin one. Mud doesn't seem to bother them. Speaking of Mud, is he ok?
