Hey guys, so I'm new into Vaping =D, well anyways lol .

Is it a good ideia to buy a 20W Eleaf istick MOD (2200mAh . 3.0V - 5.5V . 2,0W - 20W) with a ProTank II BCC (Bottom Coil Changeable, 1,5 ohm's) ?
I will only have to change the Coil Unit.

I want a pretty good vape from it, is it going to produce a "cloud" or not ?

Thanks !

I quit smoking with the 20 watt istick. Really honestly get the 30 watt!!! Trust me. Way worth the extra 10 dollars. Adjustable pin and resistance is lower .4 ohms instead og 1.0 . so you can use subtank's and such and get a better vape. Trust me. But yes its awesome but dont drop it.

If you want somthing durable. Get this here

I would suggest the iStick 30 over the iStick 20. The 30 has some design improvements over the 20, such as a spring loaded contact and stainless steel 510 connector.
Agreed. I wanted to save a couple bucks so I bought the 20. Next thing I know I'm here searching around because my RTA is mashing down the center pin and it's registering as either "low" or "no atomizer" all the time. Really a pain. I put a small oring around the screw part so the atty doesn't push all the way down and it works fine now. If I had it to do over again I'd definitely go with the 30 over the 20.

I bought the 20w as soon as it came out and its been used pretty much daily without any issues and is now being used by my wife as a back-up as I also just got her the 30w. I bought a 50w for myself, I love it and use it daily. If you prefer the smaller size Id go with the 30w and if you dont mind to spend a little more and a have a larger size go with 50w, the battery last a long time.

As others have said the 30w is pretty much identical in size as the 20w but has all ths issues fixed.

I have a istick 20 i put a folding adapter on to save the threads but its $6.95 so for like $3 more you could just get the istick30. I have a eleaf gs air tank out of all my tanks this is by far my favorite. I also have a gs air on a Kamry 20 its 23 watts .3 ohm you can usually get them under $30

I think for the Cloud production you want, that'd be the 50watt and a rebuildable atty, or one of the Sub ohm tanks with replaceable sub ohm coils.

Definitely skip the 20, the 30 can be found @ same price, unless you want the folding adapter.

It'd be great if you can find someone with vaping equipment to find out how hot you can stand it before you spend the money.

I loved my 30 watt istick with a subtank until some jackwagon stole it at a bar while I was playing a gig. Replaced it with a 50 watt and another subtank.

I mean seriously. I come to your town, bust my .... to entertain you for four hours for a measly 75 bucks and you feel the need to steal from me as well? /rant.

For a person stopping smoking, the 20watt iStick is a great buy. Beginning Vaping, making the conversion from regular cigarettes, most people use a juice close to what brand they smoked. ie: Menthol, etc... However I'd buy the 30watt iStick. Due to the fact you'll find yourself wanting to sample premium Flavors. Which are going to require better Tanks, higher wattage. Like the other person said its worth the extra $10. This is only my opinion and my experience. I have graduated to the 30watt iStick with a Delta II Tank. I've only found one flavor that I can't Vape with outstanding taste with my current set up. Your cheap juices which you will start with, Will Vape at a low wattage. When your ready to flavor chase. You got pretty much all you need. If it were me starting over. I'd have bought the 30watt iStick, the Delta II tank straight up of the rip. At this time, I have no justification to move beyond what I have. Maybe add a Tank or two for quick flavor switching, with a nice tip. Your looking at $90-$120 depending on the prices in your area to start right. And be satisfied for a long time. Don't waste your money to regret and have to step up in your equipment. Do it right the first time, and you'll save in the long run. iStick 30watt is a excellent product. Again just my advice. It's your money. Best of luck. I'd like to see you happy Vaping. PS. the Delta II has a fluid control in the coil for the thinner cheaper, starter juices. I would not buy a Melo tank. I have one. It's low budget. Aspire Nautilus Mini is a good starter tank. I keep one for my Cheap Menthol Blend. I spent about $100 in mistakes. Maybe more. Thanks.

Protank2s work great for me. But don't put them on an iStick unless you like your coils turning into liquid metal and having no room for experimenting with different power levels. With a protank2 you'll want to use an MVP or something that is more accurate with it's power readings since everything tastes burnt on them at power settings considered very low for other tanks. If you go another route, with a protank3 with dual coils, or the nautilus or something with a sub-ohm coil, then the iStick line are pretty much the perfect batteries for the task.
