I don't think either is a bad choice. I am rather fond of the Atlantis tank and I've seen it run on both power sources and seemed to satisfy its users. I tend toward the variable Wattage power sources so I can fine-tune the warmth of the vape so I'd go with the eleaf (I run my Atlantis tanks at 23-25W, or about 3.8 volts). I've been told the Aspire sub-ohm runs at a regulated 4.2 volts and it seems a bit warm to me, but YMMV.

you need to decide what you want your device to do, what your budget is, and whether the device will be a good match for the tank you want to use it with

Aspire CF subohm batt - $28+ - tube form mod - 2000mah 4.2V 0.3-1.0 Ω atomizer Maximum current 40A rechargeable - See more at: Aspire - Aspire CF SUB? Battery

istick30 - $35-$38 - box form mod - 5-30watt 2200mah 0.4-5.0ohm atomizer, 2-8V ??amps - (you might find numerous comments they run hot subohming)

If you're going to go for a genuine istick, tho, spent 10 bucks more and get something that will last you a while and give you more flexibility:

istick50 - $49-$55 - box form mod - 50watt 4400mah 0.2ohm-5.0ohm 2-10V VV/VW OLED display temp protection

Honestly, I have been using the eleaf 30 for all my subtank needs with no problems at all! .5 ohms handles like a dream and usually lasts me two working days before a recharge which is a huge plus for me.
I liked the eleaf so much that Ive bought another one for my wife, as well as upgraded mine to the 50w! Decided to be good to myself for 3 months smoke free haha.
I havnt tried the Aspire subohm battery but I would assume that it would work just as well, aside from not having the customization that the eleaf or another VV/VW device would have but for the price you really cant go wrong.
What it would come down to basically is what do you like more? something that feels cigar-ish in your hand, or something that feels like a battery pack(Or one of those huge new car FOBs that every manufacturer seems to use now-a-days lol)

Or, the 3rd option, which to quote the famous taco girl from that one commercial... "Why not both?" *Crowd cheers!*

The CF Subohm pushes a little over 30 watts with the Atlantis atomizers. It would almost be pointless to spend more for less, but thats how I see it. A better comparison would be between an iStick 50w and a CF Subohm. The iStick 50w is almost twice the price of the Aspire batt but it has almost twice the power (when using Atlantis atomizers), and it gives you room to grow and experiment.

I'll second this. Definitely worth it for a little bit of extra cash. Ability to go to 50 watts PLUS a much larger battery capacity.

Third the idea, I really like the battery, the life is exceptional....:)

There are thousands of tanks available, I have several different, but seem to reach for the Atlantis the most frequently, its works remarkably on the 20-30-50 iSticks, which ALL have good battery life.
