Eleaf iStick TC100W help

So I just purchased a brand new TC100W. The issue I'm having is when I plug it in via USB to charge the screen just blinks on for a second and then back off. Any suggestions??

This is not a solution, but all of the reviewers on YouTube suggest not charging via the USB port and use a battery charger. Maybe upgrading the firmware might solve your issue?

I'm going to look into a wall charger. Not sure what's going on. Might swing into the local vape shop and ask them. Screen stays lit and says battery full when no tank is attached. Put the tank on and it starts to blink. My tank isn't a tc sub ohm so would that have anything to do with it?

Maybe it's in Stealth Mode. Check your manual on how to turn it off. I had trouble with it once or twice.
