Eleaf Istick with EMOW tank connector

Hello people,
So I have an issue. I recently lost my adapter for my eleaf from the 510 to Ego tank (It's the Kanger Emow though) and was wondering what is a reliable cite i can purchase another one off of. I see the 510 to ego type ones but some people on the forums say it's like a 50/50 chance of it working with the two. So if anyone has come to this situation or knows how I can fix it. That would be awesome!
