You guys have a great store over there Cloud 9 Vaping - e-cigarettes, e-liquid & e-smoking supplies shop When you get buy cheap you get cheap! Get your self a decent set up and throw away the junk! Much better vapor production, reliability, durability, and flavor can be had for a little better price. Good luck BTW I would not keep using something the shocked me unless both party's are into that sort of thing ;-)

If we can rule out an electric discharge then what is probably happening is the voltage on the Ricky is too low for the Ohms on the tank system. The juice is not burning and you are overfilling it and getting a real lousy vapor mixed with wet juice droplettes. You could get some 510 atties and some cartridges with the foam substrate and you'd probably get good vapor.
