Electrical Tape and Replacement Tank Cartomizers

Hey, guys. I have about 5 carto tanks, but like 15 cartos. They have all been used, but none of them are "burnt out" or dead.

I don't want to buy a ton of tanks, those are around $11-$12 a pop at the local b&m store. So my question is, can I use a little bit of electrical tape around the base of the carto to cover up the hole and still vape it like a normal cartomizer, without the tank?

Yes, e-tape would work in a pinch. In reality though (unless you are mangling the tank o-rings which cost about 30¢ to replace) a tank will last you many, many cartos. If you have 5 tanks and they don't last you at least a year (without having to replace o-rings) then you may be doing something wrong.

Oh, no, my tanks are just fine. I haven't broken any. What I mean is, since I only have 5 tanks, and around fifteen semi-used cartos, I still want to use the cartos, but not necessarily with my tanks (those are used for my butterscotch, caramel candy, caramel coffee, biscotti, and my tobacco flavors). But I have other juices I want to use, and I want to use my spare semi-used cartos. Make sense?

I don't think there would be a problem, as long as it didn't leak. I just covered up one of the external bottom airflow holes on a carto (the ones on the sides) because the draw was too airy. I used masking tape and it's working brilliantly.

Yes if you want to use it outside of the tank tape will work fine.

I love cartomizers. So glad I don't have to drip anymore.

I just use regualar scotch tape to cover the holes on my cartomizers when i want to vape them with out the tank. No problem at all
