I am sorry you feel that way But why would i need to look up the order if you said you just got it yesterday. Our shipping practices are clearly posted on our website here: SHIPPING WARRANTY AND RETURNS

I have been pretty busy lately dealing with the local legislature, and for a long time those were the ONLY chargers you could get, I explained this on the phone. I worked with a company and had trust fire engineer the new charger, I still have a bunch of the old ones and was letting them go cheap on the site, some people liked them okay. But if this is how you feel i can take the charger completely off the site.

Again I'm sorry if you feel we have wronged you but our shipping details on the site are clear, the only think i can offer you in return is to eat the extra cost of the newer charger and just send that to you. If that does not please you i'm sorry. Have a nice day.

lets do that then. ill mail it out today. and pm you a ups tracking #. and thanks, i just get p.o.ed when this happens, especially to a first time buyer. after i ship ill remove this and the other post, and when all is said and done ill post a positive response. as would only be fair.
